During the recent school summer holiday, Holsworthy Library has been holding a number of themed events as part of the Space Hop, Summer Reading Challenge. 60 children accompanied by their parents crowded into Holsworthy Library for the presentation of certificates and medals by district and county councillor Barry Parsons. In all 80 children completed the challenge to read at least six books of their own choice during the holiday. After the presentation they gathered outside the library for a photo.
