A SLIMMING group leader from North Cornwall reached the finals of a competition for her own inspiring long-term weight loss success.

Julie Ferris, who runs a Slimming World group in Camelford, has lost weight herself with the club. She has now maintained her weight loss of nearly 9st for two and a half years and that incredible achievement won her a place in the finals of the Top Target Consultant 2013 competition.

Julie, 37, joined her local Slimming World group in April 2009 after struggling with her weight from the age of 14.
