St. Teilo's pupils, family and staff enjoyed a warm and sunny sports day last week.
Many spectators came along to watch all the children compete.
This year, it was St. Theresa's (red) team that took the gold, coming first with 94 points. This was followed by the blue team, Our Lady's, with 87 points and St. Joseph (green) team with 79 points.
Many thanks to all those who contributed to such a successful and enjoyable day. A special thank you also to the past pupils from Greenhill who came along to help and did a splendid job in officiating.

The Friends of St. Teilo's were delighted to report a record breaking sum of £1,000 raised at the event. As well as the usual ice-creams, teas/coffee stalls, there were many fun games and activities for the children to take part in. Year 6 did a great job in providing some novel ways of raising money! Mrs. Nicholls, acting headteacher, is pictured after taking part in one of the 'pie in the face' games! Well done Mrs. Nicholls.
