STALLS, sales and stocks contributed to a successful summer fair in aid of Camelford Primary School. The school held its annual fair to raise funds for the parent-teacher association (PTA). In the stocks were Year 6 teacher Arran Langdon and headteacher Simon Bishop, who drew a large audience of children and adults. The rowing challenge in conjunction with Camelford Leisure Centre was also popular — the fastest pupil to row 200m was Thomas Connolly and the fastest adult was Peter Knowles. Thomas won £5 and Peter won a bottle of wine, donated by the Co-operative in Camelford. Local businesses sold their wares, together with school supporters, who manned all the varied stalls, and there was a special dance show by True Steps.
