SEVEN members of the Launceston in Bloom Association recently spent an unusually dry Saturday, weeding, composting, designing and planning several hundred plants in the Jubilee Garden at Tower Street flats, Launceston.
The garden is sponsored by the Jubilee Committee from funds raised during 2012.
Many residents admired the work of the volunteers, which has been delayed due to the very wet weather.
