Sir,

You recently very kindly ran an article with a return voucher to support my Ward 10 petition. I thought I should let you know that I had 110 replies, taking the total signatories so far up to 2,300.

I am still 'on the case' for Ward 10 and once again thank you all for your help and support.

Paul Davies AM has been asking questions for me as well, and his reply from Mr. Steve Moore (chief executive, Hywel Dda Health Board) can be found on the Pembrokeshire Cancer Support Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Pembrokeshire-Cancer-Support/255695704473503?fref=ts">https://www.facebook.com/pages/Pembrokeshire-Cancer-Support/255695704473503?fref=ts

It is good to see that the £250,000 towards the new Ward 10 is fully acknowledged (as it appears this was forgotten about when Paul Hawkins was reported in the local press as saying there was no money for a new Ward 10) and they will be looking again at bed numbers in the new Ward 10 as 14 beds is not enough.

I had a great response to my article in the Observer and received many signed petition forms from the Pembrokeshire public. I will keep you informed and keep raising the question of cancer services and Ward 10. Thanks again for all your help, support and encouragement.

Lyn Neville,

Pembrokeshire Cancer Support.
