With reference to my recent letter, support for our local Post Offices is still moving forward. I have arranged a meeting locally on June 19 with Stephen Horscroft of Cornwall Council and our MP Dan Rogerson. I hope that our local post masters will also be able to attend. Mr Horscroft will be able to feed back the work which the council has already undertaken and we will be able to look more cleary at the opportunities which exist for support and funding which the Post Offices may be able to access. As this meeting falls after the June 4 election, I will also invite the newly elected Cornwall Councillor.
