IN heavy conditions Bude played their last game of the year.

The visitors were elated to take the lead within minutes from a free kick in the box.

The sticky surface saw the ball hold up and Bude focused on wide play. Wingers Bryher Smeeth and Anita Symons drove hard and created chance after chance.

Leanne Stanbury was unstoppable at centre back, defending and playing some awesome passes through to Sarah Badham who found the net to equalise.

'Badz' linked well with Lizzy Jenkins and neat play resulted in Lizzy scoring to make it 2-1.

A half time lead of one goal was nervy for Bude but they came out lively and attacked the visitors.
