A TEACHER from Holsworthy Community College is set to take part in a 240 mile bike ride, beginning on July 28.

Steve Vanstone and his friends Mike Lyddon, Stu Corbett, Tim Payne, Ben Moore and Paul Gordon have signed up for their hardest challenge to date.

They will be cycling over 240 miles from London to Tavistock over the course of three days, from July 28 to July 30.
