THE 36th annual Launceston Steam and Vintage Rally was held over the bank holiday weekend.
This year has been yet another successful one for the rally, which has hosted hordes of happy families enjoying the varied exhibits in the glorious sunshine.
There has been lots to see to suit all tastes including a varied display of classic vehicles and machines alongside falconry displays which included a ‘meet and greet’ with the birds.
There has been plenty to keep the children happy with more children’s entertainers and the usual tractor tug-o-war, which never fails to entertain.
A spokesperson said: “It’s a joy to see how much happiness can be produced by the huge efforts of a small group of dedicated volunteers with the added bonus that it also raises money for local charities, this year they are the Cornwall Blood Bikes, Bobby’s Little Angels, Margaret Green Animal Rescue and the Launceston Foodbank.”
