THE last Coads Green Farmers’ Market of 2019 was held on Saturday, December 21.

It was a landmark occasion for stall holder, Alison Gribble, who has run the bakery section for the last ten years.

Alison has provided regular customers with a variety of home baked items, which have included bread, cakes, scones, saffron buns and biscuits.

She has decided to step down to offer someone else the opportunity to take over and to enjoy a little down time for herself.

This popular farmers’ market continues throughout the year on the fourth Saturday of every month.
