ST GILES Women's Guild was invited along to the Eaglescott Airbase to help celebrate the success of the Radio Devon Air Ambulance Appeal.

The Devon Air Ambulance Trust (DAAT) had organised the special open day to thank everyone for their support. The appeal has raised so far £725,577.51.

A cheque for that amount was handed over by Judi Spiers on behalf of the Radio Devon Listeners to the trust.
