A SHORT ‘Act of Remembrance’ on Remembrance preceded the sung Eucharist at St Endellion Church on Sunday morning.

The lines from Laurence Binyon’s poem ‘For the Fallen’ were read by Michael Maberly and the National Anthem was sung.

Prebendary Judith Pollinger presided and preached, whilst prayers of intercession were offered by Lay Prebendary Frances Kent, churchwarden, who had also welcomed the congregation and given the notices.

Readers were Robert Sloman and Vic Thorman.

Servers were Pam Richards, who was also communion assistant and Trish Warne. Organist was Jennifer May.
