TREGADILLETT Family Fun monthly event took place last Friday.

This time organised by three mothers, this was something different, with feeling inside boxes with creepy things in, to picking up apples from a bowl of water with their teeth.

It has been running for three years under the auspice of the United Church, and is designed for families and fun.

This time, before everyone sitting down to tea, the Rev Mary Williamson read the story of Jonah and the Whale, with many loud groans coming from her audience — not because of her presentation, but because the script demanded it, as Jonah was ‘a proper old moaner’!
