SCHOOLS, businesses and individuals from across the area dressed up, dressed down and clowned around to raise money for this year's Comic Relief Red Nose Day on Friday, March 15. In Launceston and Bude students and staff paid 50p to take part in various events.
Across the UK over £75 million was raised for Comic Relief.
A spokesperson for the charity said: "What can we say, other than thank you for your amazing generosity.
"The grand total so far is £75,107,851 which is a record and the best 25th anniversary present we could ever ask for. And we're already planning how to spend it to help change lives."
