From its humble shop in the Maltings, The Peace and Hope Trust in Ross-on-Wye is having a significant impact on the lives of poor communities in Nicaragua. And this week, visitors from the country were in Ross to say thank-you.

The Peace and Hope Trust is a UK and Ross-based charity that has been working in Nicaragua since 1996. Health and education has been and continues to be central to its work. However, it now has a coffee farm too that is helping farmers and their families.
