For the next six weeks, Matt will be giving you his top tips on a variety of subjects, to help you achieve your own fitness and nutritional goals.
'Post' Deputy Editor, Suzanne Cleave, has volunteered to follow Matt's Blast programme, and will be charting her own progress over the coming weeks.
