A UNIQUE new taxi scheme, claimed to be cleaner and cheaper, has been introduced by a Bude firm for single travellers.

Rob's Travel of Bude has unveiled the 'Solo Rider' — a Smart Car that is cheaper to run, cheaper to hire and cleaner for the environment than regular five and seven seater taxis.
