LOCAL singing group, the Boscastle Buoys, have given a total of £3,000 to Cornwall Hospice Care (CHC) recently.

They meet most Tuesday evenings at the village's Napoleon Inn and the group are always busy raising funds for good causes.

Two cheques were recently presented to Tamsyn Cocks of CHC. One was for £2,400 from collections at the group's singing events throughout the year and the other, for £600, was raised at the birthday party of Nancy Lane, of Camelford.
