The Lions Club of Launceston held a Sight Awareness Day in the Town Square on Saturday, October 22.

Information about eye conditions, sensory boxes and blind folded tasks were put on for members of the public. Deputy Mayor David Gordon attempted to pour some water into a glass blindfolded to raise awareness of the difficulties often felt.
