A CHARITY fashion show in Bude has raised £500 for the RNLI. The show at the Falcon Hotel was held by Jo-Jo's Boutique, Dolly Rockers and CJ's Dance. Models wore clothes from Jo-Jo's Boutique, shoes from Dolly Rockers and there were performances by CJ's Dance. Ted Hambley, Bude's Citizen of the Year and RNLI lifeguard supervisor for Bude and North Cornwall, attended along with four lifeguards. The lifeguards were also on the catwalk with the models in their uniforms and in their lifeguard speedos. Mr Hambley said: "The guys were a little nervous to begin with!" He added that the event went 'very well' and said: "There was a good turnout and good support." Joanne Armit from Jo-Jo's Boutique said it was a 'fantastic night'. She added that they will be holding another fashion show on Friday, December 5 at Penstowe Manor from 7pm.
