AT THE recent District Convention, Launceston Lions Club was presented with the shield for the most points in the ‘Travelling Lion Competition’.

The points are awarded for visiting other clubs, within the district, in this country and across the world.

Lion Shirley Perryman accepted the shield on behalf of the club from past international director Walter ‘Bud’ Wahl from Illinois, USA.
