THE trustees of Launceston Pre-School Playgroup have applied for planning permission to change the use of an existing toy store to form a sensory/quiet room at 3 St Thomas Hill.

The proposed room will be for children with special needs, or will be able to be used as a refuge away from the main school area.

The final decision will be made by Cornwall Council.
