THE bus stop in Camelford's Victoria Road is no longer visible, due to overgrown hedges, according to a town councillor. The matter was discussed at last week's meeting of the town council where Cllr Jenny Finch suggested getting in touch with the bus company. "You can't sit on the seat there; it's impossible," she said. Mayor Cllr Andy Shaw said responsibility lay with the owner of the hedge and Cllr Philip Lessels said it had regularly been a problem over recent years. There had been some question about who owns the land, but council clerk Lee Dunkley has been in touch with Cornwall Council who can carry out a land search to help clarify who the owner is.
