BUDE Scouts and Explorers took part in a 24 hour peddle and paddle over the weekend of April 6 and 7.
The event was to help raise much needed funds to send the scouts and explorers to an international jamboree at Bodmin this summer.
During the 24 hours they canoed on the canal, cycled in the local area and also used rowing machines and an exercise bike at the hut.
The aim was to reach 603 miles, roughly Land's End to John O'Groats as the crow flies. At the end of the 24 hours, members had reached 611 miles and around £300 was raised.
