POOLE Farm B&B in Launceston has recently received the VisitEngland Recognition of Service Excellence (ROSE) award, celebrating the B&B’s outstanding hospitality and service.
Louise and Greg Holmes took over Poole Farm nearly two years ago, and have refurbished and developed the business from a four star rated property to a five star award winning luxury B&B.
The B&B has seen a turnover that has risen by 185% year on year, mainly due to a quality offering, detailed service delivery and being attentive to guests.
Online reviews have helped in ensuring the business grows and that guests return, who often make a special point of booking with Poole Farm.
The Holmes said: “We are thrilled and also humbled to have been awarded the VisitEngland ROSE award. It is our pleasure to offer great hospitality to all of our guests on a daily basis, and this award is the icing on the cake for us here. We look forward to welcoming and delighting more guests over the coming years.”
