FATHER Christmas has paid a very special visit to Port Isaac RNLI.
He visited volunteer crew, their families and visitors. He came prepared with mince pies and mulled wine for the grown ups and treats for the children, which were generously supplied by Tesco Wadebridge.
Father Christmas was asked to draw the raffle for one lucky participant to win the beautiful original painting depicting Port Issac in the snow which had been donated to Port Issac RNLI by local artist Barbara Hawkins. Over £2,000 was raised by selling draw tickets and the lucky winner was R Broughton from Hayle.
A spokesperson said: “Crew and committee at Port Isaac RNLI would like to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.”
