A COFFEE morning held recently in the Bandroom, St Breward, organised by The Friends of St Breward Church jointly with St Breward Handbell Ringers, was a resounding success. More than £350 was raised, which was divided equally between the friends and the ringers. There was a great atmosphere in the room, which was enhanced by the ringing of handbells as people tried their hand at playing a tune. Members from both groups helped with the stalls and organising and serving refreshments, and there was a big thank you from the organisers to everyone who contributed and came along on the day. For the full report, and a round-up of the area news and sport, see this week's edition of the Post.
