THE Duchy College Riding for the Disabled Group held an awareness day at the Tesco Launceston store recently.

Mary Frampton-Price from the group said: “With Tesco’s support we had our most successful community awareness day ever, raising over £420 and meeting lots of wonderful people. On behalf of all of us at RDA Duchy Group please accept my gratitude for your generous support.”

Shelley Vanstone, community champion at Tesco Launceston, said: “We like to support a wide range of groups in our community and Henry, the ambassador pony for Duchy College RDA, always draws a great deal of attention from our customers. We are really pleased that the day was so successful for the group.”
