LAUNCESTON Road Runners' presentation evening was held on January 24 at the Eagle House, a speech was given by the club chairman Andrew Parker before handing out the following awards.

Pentathlon Cup: 1st, Jenny Mills; 2nd, John Osborne; 3rd, Caroline Steven.

Most Improved Male: Nigel Reddicliffe.

Foster's Fives: 1st, Caroline Steven; 2nd, Sue Burges; 3rd, Cheryl Leach.

Most Improved Female: Jenny Mills.

Best Newcomer: Gary Chater.

Runners from the club took part in the first race of the Cornish Grand Prix series this year at Helston, the Blaythorne 10 mile race on January 18.
