JENNY Finch was welcomed back onto the Camelford Town Council at Tuesday evening's meeting. She had previously served as mayor in 2005 and 2007, and returns to the authority following a five year absence. She was elected with 181 votes, ahead of Alan Burgis (171) and Lou Mason (151) from a turnout of 22.6 per cent.
