Two soon to retire reverends from the Holsworthy area were recently presented with two framed prints of their respective parishes.

Rev Jane Lucas from St Peter’s Church, Ashwater and Rev Kathy Roberts from Black Torrington Methodist Church were given two signed prints made by local artist, John Forward and were donated from Holsworthy Deanery Synod (the meeting body of all the local parishes, that meet three times a year.)

Letissa Yetman, the deanery and treasurer from St Peter’s Church, Ashwater said: “With grateful thanks from all that work in the Holsworthy Deary, we wish all the best for both reverends in the future.”

Rev Jane Lucas is due to retire at the end of May and Rev Kathy Roberts will be retiring at the end of April, this year.
