ANOTHER vacancy exists on Camelford Town Council, following the resignation of Cllr Ken Harris.

Recently there was a vacancy following the resignation of Cllr Chris Williams. Since then, Clare Hewlett has been elected uncontested. Her first council meeting will be on November 5.

Councillors were told at the October 20 meeting of the town council that Cllr Harris had tendered his resignation.

Mayor of Camelford Cllr Rob Rotchell asked the clerk, Lee Dunkley, to write to Mr Harris thanking him for his work while on the council.
