A PACKED meeting at Ashwater Village Hall on the evening of Wednesday, October 3 unanimously expressed its opposition to a proposed six-turbine wind farm to be built at Hollow Panson Farm, off the A388 between Holsworthy and Launceston.

EDF Energy Renewables is investigating the potential for six massive turbines — higher than anything currently operational in Devon or Cornwall — and is likely to submit a planning application before the end of the year.
