A Limousin steer, 'Sticky Wicket,' shown by Michael Kirby, of Holsworthy, was reserve champion at the Liskeard Prime Stock Show on Thursday. Cattle judge Alan Lutey, from Summercourt, congratulated the farmers who had entered livestock for "a superb show of cattle of which you should be proud." Heavy rain forced the show judging to take place in the confines of the indoor sales ring for only the second time in the show's 92-year history.
