MEMBERS of the Armed Forces, known as the 'Rescue Riders', took a welcome stop in Launceston recently, en route to Helston.

Sergeant Lee Haggerty (Royal Marines), Sgt Mark West (Royal Marines), Lieutenant Alex Stevenson (Royal Navy) and Sgt Andy Dixon RAF (Royal Air Force) cycled 700 miles, starting at the Search and Rescue Flight squadron in Scotland and culminating at RNAS Culdrose based near Helston.
