RECYCLING in Halwill is about to be improved after a grant from their local Torridge District Councillor.

Forest Ward Member Cllr Barry Parsons donated £600 from his £1,000 annual Community Grant allowance in order for the Parish Hall to purchase industrial size recycling bins.

The bins will be located at the hall and are sure to be well used. The money comes from Torridge District Council's Councillor Community Grants Scheme.
