LAUNCESTON and District Cats' Protection held its annual open day on Saturday, September 14, at Hexworthy Barton, home of branch co-ordinator Mary Chudleigh.

Mary keeps pens in her grounds, and the open day presents an opportunity for the public to view the cats and kittens in the group's care, with hope they can find new 'forever homes'.

Volunteers and committee members were also on hand to talk with visitors.
