Continuing the theme of my previous two letters of how to get our country back and return to real democracy.
To understand how the government can escape the banks clutches one needs to understand the difference between common law and statute law.
Common law evolved over time and a good place to start is with Magna Carta.
This common law is very easy to understand because basically a man is allowed to do anything provided he does no harm to another.
This is completely different to the law that rules the rest of Europe.
There you are only allowed to do what the state allows you to do. You can see why politicians favour the continental system because it gives them power and control.
These politicians have been courted or blackmailed by the bankers into passing laws that are against our constitution and common law.
Don't believe anyone who tells you we do not have a constitution. It is a half truth.
Yes our constitution is not in one document because it evolved over time. It is/was so good that many newer countries made virtual copies of it as did America. Unfortunately for the politicians the common law is superior to statute law.
They will try and tell you otherwise and try to give you an 'all new constitution'.
The bankers who exert the control of politicians want to keep it this way because they want to keep the money rolling in to their pockets.
The only way to stop all this is for you public to wake up, research the subject and force the politicians to respect the rule of law.
One positive thing you can do if you have relatives in areas which have Euroceptic MPs is ask them to ask the MP to raise a point of order with the Speaker thus, "Would you please confirm to the House that common law is superior to statute law, and that statute law which conflicts with common law is bad law and null and void."
Please wake up people.
