A FUNDRAISING event was held at Tintagel WI Hall on October 30 to raise money for a new Camelford Age Concern minibus.

The bus is used for daily shopping trips around the area, as well as leisure trips for local residents over the age of 50. The bus programme is available at Tintagel Visitor Centre.

The event was sponsored by local businesses and raised almost £350 towards the £6,000 target.

Margaret Rush has extended thanks to all who supported and worked on the day.
