LOCAL author Georgie Adams celebrated the launch of two more books in her 'Railway Rabbits' series at the Launceston Steam Railway on April 28.
Georgie lives in the beautiful Kensey valley, from where she can see the trains on the steam railway, and this gave her the idea for a series of children's books.
The books feature a family of rabbits called Longears – Barley, Mellow, Bramble, Bracken, Berry, Fern and Wisher, and tell of the adventures that they have in the Ripple River Valley, where a strange Red Dragon belches clouds of smoke as it runs up and down the valley on strange iron rails.
