A PRIMARY school was investigating an un'egg'splained object in the playground last week. Coads Green Primary School pupils arrived at school last Monday to find a rather large and mysterious egg on a bundle of straw. It was all part of the pupils' learning — the police were asked to 'investigate' the scene and the egg was brought inside overnight after 'advice' was sought from Newquay Zoo. The next day, a school visit from a vet, who brought in other eggs for pupils to look at, did not shed any light on the mysterious egg. The school received a letter on Wednesday from the 'National Museum of Strange Objects' asking pupils to gather together their evidence. For the full report, and a round-up of the area news and sport, see this week's edition of the Post.
