A MUSICAL director from Camelford has rounded his year off on a high note at Wadebridge Choral Society's final concert. Choristers from across the area, including Delabole, St Breward, Blisland, Helstone and Camelford, were watched by a packed audience at their last concert of the season, held at Wadebridge School. Led by Camelford-based director of music Nicholas Danks, the first half of the evening had well-known works by Mozart, Bach and Mendelsshon, the centrepiece of which was Mozart's ever-popular Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, excellently played by the orchestra, led by Philip Montgomery-Smith. For the full report, and a round-up of the area news and sport, see this week's edition of the Post.
