TORRIDGE District Council's Community and Resources committee has agreed for The Holsworthy Agri-business Centre and Livestock Market Site Development Brief be endorsed.

At the recent committee meeting on March 28, TDC councillors assured members that although they were taking part in the discussion on the issue of the proposal, they would approach any planning applications with an open mind.
