Bridgerule Early Years Pre School invited the village community recently to join them in the village hall for coffee and cake — with the opportunity to meet staff and families of the children who attend and to view some of the extensive range of activities offered.

The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) were recently evaluated as ‘Good’, by OFSTED and has also been awarded a grant from the Chiggy Pig Fund via Devon Community Foundation.

This enabled the group to access some sessions, including a pottery session, led by a qualified ‘Forest School’ teacher. These grants help to promote access to arts, cultures and nature, thus bringing people together.
