In the National Pairs four games were played in searing heat and J Scott and B Gunby reached the divisional green final and scored a 'hot shot' in the second game.

In the 2 Wood Singles, played in torrential rain, both J Scott and W Trenchard reached the divisional semi-finals. Good luck in the next round girls.

Finally it is with great regret I note the passing of Richard Wickett. Richard was a long term and well respected bowler at Stratton for many years. He was 97.
