PLANNING permission is being sought from Cornwall Council to construct six holiday lodges at The Point at Polzeath.
The application is a resubmission of a previously withdrawn planning application.
If plans are approved, each holiday unit would have three bedrooms.
Documents submitted to the council state the scheme has been re-designed and re-located following meetings with the parish council, to avoid being sited on undeveloped agricultural land which was identified as a concern with an earlier scheme.
