A PLANNING application has been submitted to Cornwall Council that could see a takeaway and sit-in pie shop take over the former Grosvenor Wine shop in Bude.

Court reports from across Cornwall over Christmas and New YearThe building at number 22B Belle Vue is currently vacant and the application has been submitted by a Gareth Weekes for the change of use from a wine shop to a takeaway and sit in pie shop. If successful, Mr Weekes plans to open the business from 11am until 8pm daily, taking on two full-time and two part-time employees.
The application was submitted on April 27, and validated on May 9, with the hope of a final decision by July 4.
