A very successful painting competition was organised by the Castle Veterinary Group recently, which culminated in a prize giving presentation at the main surgery at Pennygillam, Launceston, on Wednesday, July 28. The competition, which attracted 37 entries, covered three age groups — under 5, 6-8 years and 9-12 years — and the subject was 'my favourite animal – real or imaginary'. Prizes winners were presented with £10 gift vouchers.
