A CHEQUE for £1,000 was presented to Anita Cor­nelius for the Peninsula Community Health and Care Charitable Funds by Camelford Rotary Club on Tuesday, August 27.

Mrs Cornelius is matron of Bodmin Hospital, which cover Harbour Ward, Anchor Ward, Stroke Unit and Minor Injuries and Outpatients. She is also staff director of the charitable funds.

Mrs Cornelius was presented the cheque by past president of Camelford Rotary, Chris Murray, at the Bowood Golf Club.
